Mission Statement

Making known the love of the Sacred Hearts

We, the Missionaries of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, are a religious congregation of priests and brothers, dedicated to making known the love of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary in serving the needs of God's family.

The Missionaries of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary are represented in many nations: USA, Canada, Argentina, Italy, Germany, Slovakia, Great Britain, Nigeria, Cameroon, India and Indonesia.

In order to introduce the spirit of devotion and love in the hearts of others, talk to them about the love of God and of the benefits we have received from Jesus Christ, and of the tender devotion to our Blessed Mother. About the Missionaries

Since 1815

Our History

Gaetano Errico was ordained a secular priest in Naples in 1815 and gave himself to preaching the Sacred Hearts. He gathered the first novitiate of seven members on October 1, 1836, received final approval from Pope Pius IX in 1846, and was canonized by Pope Benedict XVI on October 12, 2008.

Parish to mission

Our Ministries

Parish life, youth education, family counseling, care for the elderly, military chaplaincy and religious education at home. In mission countries: housing, schools, clean water and food for communities in need.

From the first house in Naples to Argentina, the USA, India, Slovakia and beyond. In the United States our home is Villa Pieta in Linwood, New Jersey, with the St. Gaetano Errico House of Studies in Fairfield, Pennsylvania.
